In Unplanned I challenge myself to let go of control and embrace vulnerability by creating recognizable images on fabric through a process of layering random brushstrokes. This practice allows me to tap into my subconscious and explore the unexpected beauty that can arise from letting go.

Through fasting during the creation of these works, I also incorporate themes of discipline, patience, and self-discovery. The combination of chance and intention in my process mirrors the complexity of human experience and our ability to find meaning in life's unpredictable moments.

These works reflect my belief in the power of embracing imperfection and embracing the beauty of chance. As I continue to create pieces through intuition, I am constantly reminded of the transformative power of letting go and allowing myself to be open to new experiences and ideas.
